At Safars Furniture, we want you to feel confident and comfortable when shopping with us.
Because we are a small business delivering large furniture items, our policy balances fairness, customer protection, and business sustainability.

✅ 14-Day Exchange Policy (Customer-Friendly)

If your recliner doesn’t fit your space or you simply change your mind, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Item must be unused, clean, and damage-free

  • Recliner must be in original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Exchange Delivery Fees:

  • Customer pays for the return delivery of the original item

  • Safars Furniture will deliver the replacement item FREE of charge

This keeps the process fair while still making your purchase risk-free.

❌ Change-of-Mind Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Customers may choose:

  • An exchange, or

  • A store credit valid for 6 months

(This policy is standard for bulky furniture items.)

🛠️ Damaged or Faulty Items (Full Refund or Replacement)

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us immediately.

You are eligible for:

  • Free replacement, or

  • Full refund, depending on your preference

We will arrange inspection/pickup and resolve it as quickly as possible.

🚚 Return Delivery for Exchanges

Return delivery fees vary based on your location and distance.

We will provide the price upfront before confirming the exchange.

You will never be charged for the new replacement delivery — this part is FREE.

❌ Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, stains, or wear

  • Items without proof of purchase

  • Returns requested after 14 days

  • Items marked clearance or final sale
