Minor variations may occur in appearance due to lighting or screen display.


2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in AUD and include GST.
We accept:

  • Bank transfer

  • PayID

  • Debit/credit cards (via Square)

  • Cash on delivery

  • Afterpay/Zip

Payment must be received before goods are delivered unless otherwise agreed.


3. Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed once payment is received.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • Stock becomes unavailable

  • Payment cannot be processed

  • Delivery is not possible to your location

If cancelled, you will receive a full refund.


4. Delivery

Perth Metro delivery is free (same-day or next-day depending on availability).
Regional deliveries incur a small fee (quoted before confirming your order).

Delivery includes transport to your front door, garage, or ground level area.
If you require assistance inside the home, please let us know beforehand.

Incorrect addresses or lack of access may result in re-delivery fees.


5. Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies to:

  • 14-day exchanges

  • Return delivery paid by customer

  • Free delivery of replacement item

  • No change-of-mind refunds

  • Full refund for damaged or faulty items

All recliners include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults.
Damage due to misuse, wear and tear, or accidents is not covered.
