1. Shipping Policy
At Safar’s Furniture, our goal is to provide fast and reliable delivery, especially within Perth Metropolitan areas.
1.1 FREE Perth Metro Delivery
We offer:

Free same-day or next-day delivery within the Perth Metropolitan Area
-
Delivery to nearby regional areas at a low, reasonable cost
Our team will contact you prior to delivery to coordinate a suitable time.
1.2 Delivery Outside Perth Metro
For locations 50–150 km outside Perth Metro, a small delivery charge applies.
We will confirm the exact amount before your order is processed.
If you do not wish to proceed, we will cancel the order before payment is taken.
1.3 Delivery Process

Items are delivered to your front door or ground floor.

Delivery beyond this point (stairs, elevators, specific placement) may incur additional fees depending on courier capability.

A contact number is required for scheduling.
1.4 Dispatch Time
Most items are dispatched within 24–72 business hours.
We will notify you if there are delays due to factors outside our control.
1.5 Risk & Responsibility
Risk passes to you once delivery has commenced.
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery is completed.
1.6 Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please check your address carefully before ordering.
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

You will be responsible for redelivery costs, or

Your order may be cancelled (minus delivery fees & costs)
2. Return & Exchange Policy
We aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.
Please review carefully to understand your options.
2.1 14-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To qualify:

Item must be unused, in original condition, with packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect

2.2 30-Day Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange within 30 days.
To qualify:

Item must be clean, undamaged, and in like-new condition

Original packaging is required

Limit of one exchange per item
Exchange Options:

Swap for another product (paying any difference in price)

Choose store credit (valid for 6 months)
Return Delivery Fee:

Customer pays for the return delivery

Safar’s Furniture covers the delivery cost for the replacement item (FREE exchange delivery)
2.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect items on delivery.
If damaged, defective, or incorrect:

We will repair, replace, or exchange at our cost
2.4 Refund Processing
Once inspected and approved:

Refunds are issued within 7 business days to your original payment method

Banks may take additional time to process

3. Warranty Policy
At Safar’s Furniture, we stand behind the quality of our recliners and strive to provide reliable after-sales support.
3.1 Warranty Coverage
Your recliner is covered by a 12-month warranty against:

Manufacturing defects

Structural faults

Electrical faults (motors, buttons, wiring)

Stitching or seam issues not caused by misuse

Material defects
3.2 What’s NOT Covered

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by misuse, pets, spills, or improper cleaning

Damage from moving furniture incorrectly

Commercial use

Modifications or repairs done by third parties

Faults caused by power surges or unstable electrical supply
3.3 Warranty Process
If you experience an issue:

Our support team will assess the claim within 3–5 business days
If approved, we will provide one of the following at our cost:

Replacement part

3.4 Warranty Limitations
